National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Result 2017 (NEET) will be declared on 8th June 2017. This entrance examination is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The NEET 2017 entrance exam may be conducted on 7th May 2017 and it will be organised through pen & paper mode. The result will be declared after 1 month of completion of the exam i.e on 8th June 2017. After the result declaration, counselling process of NEET 2017 will commence for the qualified candidates.
Candidates can check their NEET results through online process only. No score card will be sent to the candidates via offline mode and no separate result will be declared for SC/ST candidates. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of NEET 2017 result. Candidates will be called for the NEET 2017 counselling process on the basis of merit list. NEET 2017 Counselling is conducted by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Services, Government of India. At the time of counselling, the applicant documents would be verified and college would be allotted to the students as per their selection and availability.
The minimum marks to qualify the NEET 2017 exam is 50% (For General category) & 40% (For reserved Category). Candidates can check the NEET answer key before the result declaration. The answer key helps the candidates to estimate the minimum score secured in the entrance exam. The answer key will be released in the second week of May 2017.
